1. Can my teacher speak English?
Yes, I could adopt English as the language of instruction. I have learned English many years and used English as working language, hence I could speak English fluently and explain Chinese words, grammars, cultures etc. to you in English.2. What do we do in the trial lesson?
In the trial lesson, our goal is to get to know each other and find the most suitable materials for you based on your language needs.3. What happened after I purchase?
You’ll receive an email with your payment information. You can check the terms and conditions there and schedule your lesson or go to the private lesson page to schedule your lesson.4. Can I get a pure Chinese learning environment in the class?
Yes, definitely you can. I encourage all my students only speak Chinese in the class.5. What about pronunciation & tones?
The Chinese language has 4 tones and even the same tone could have many different words and characters. All you need to do is just follow the lessons. I have prepared the course to get you covered. Just be aware… be more confident and try to express the situation there so we still could understand you. Focus more on the situation, not the tones.6. Is this Chinese from simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese?
I speak mandarin and got the Mandarin certificate, therefore I speak mandarin and write simplified characters.7. Chinese has so many grammars

Chinese characters are not so scary. I will get you covered in the formation of Chinese Characters and how the characters developed. More history you know, the more characters you will understand. Moreover, we will practice characters from characters to words to sentences.9. Can I really get fluent from this Course?
Yes, we learn Chinese in a different way… you will have more chances to practice and speak them under the situation. Be more positive and try to speak and share more in the lesson, by the end of the course you'll be more confident to speak and learn Chinese.10. I only have a limited time to learn
According to many adult students' learning habits, 2 or 3 times per week will be easy to achieve. My teaching methods and your own subconscious will take care of the rest.11. How can I reschedule my lesson?
After scheduling your lesson, you will receive a confirmation email, you can reschedule your lesson there.
Please kindly change or cancel 12 hours before our lesson\'s starting time. If cancel, you could get a 100% refund.
If it is less than 12 hours before our lesson's starting time, you may cancel our lesson and ONLY get a 50% refund. However, if you would like to reschedule it to another day, NO FEE will be charged.
12. What will happen if no show?
If no show, no fee will be refunded.
